Are you longing for a safe, supportive space to speak your truth without judgment and connect with other women?
Women’s circles can help us feel supported in navigating the ups and downs of life and help us feel less alone in what we are going through. Listening to the stories of others can be incredibly empowering. It can inspire actions in one’s own life and provide different perspectives on handling personal issues. Regular meetings with women from all walks of life fosters deeper understanding and empathy for others experiences.
This monthly gathering is a chance to tap into the wild feminine, to reawaken your connection to intuition, imagination, and the ability to flow with the rhythms of life. As we do, we can better express that wisdom and stand strong within our relationships, families, and communities. You will be supported in:
Honoring your body as the sacred temple it is and practicing self-love and self-care
Cultivating greater self-awareness and personal clarity
Sharing in a safe space with other women
Creating movement and breaking free from limitations
Deepening your connection to the wild feminine and your inner maiden, mother, and crone
Tuning into the cycles and seasons of the earth and moon
Learning more about your helping spirits and your connection to the unseen realms
Growing your power and faith in your authentic self
Practicing listening to your intuition and following your heart
Receiving monthly guidance and suggestions that help you grow your soul green again
Participating in life enhancing shamanic rituals and ceremony
Spirit woman or wild woman is reemerging and rising again in every woman’s consciousness awake, alive, and on fire with passionate purpose. She is the embodiment of the divine feminine and the goddess, in full blossom, no longer restricted to living tight in the bud, enduring too small a life.
By honoring the sacred feminine, we honor the earth, ourselves, and the interconnectedness of all life. We illuminate our path with wisdom, love, and the courage to embrace our true nature.
CEREMONY & RITUAL AS PART OF OUR CIRCLE PRACTICE
The magic of ceremony is leaving your ordinary life behind and stepping into a sacred space. Our ancestral mothers, grandmothers, and sisters joined in these sacred gatherings for thousands of years before us. These meetings gave women a safe space to connect, share, and empower. The circle was considered incredibly potent and healing and essential for many ancient cultures and traditions.
THE TWELVE MOONS
All of life is cyclical. We journey in a circle, from birth to death to rebirth. Humans, like the seasons pass through many phases during their lives. The Moon stones of the Medicine Wheel give us a way of understanding and celebrating these changes. Each moon has its own ally in the mineral, plant, and animal kingdoms. These allies help to describe the lessons of that moon and aid humans, either born during or traveling through the position, to understand their own characteristics and lessons. Together we tune into the corresponding moon for each monthly gathering to see how it may inform our lives and guide us in making empowering choices.
THE ALTAR
Altars have great significance dating back thousands of years where offerings were made and prayers and other spiritual practice could be held. Our communal altar is a vital step in inviting in our intuition, power, and creativity. It expresses our unique connection to the Goddess and the wild feminine. Each circle participant will be asked to bring a personal medicine piece to add to it.

ANA CULBERTSON
After surviving a life threatening battle with cancer and enduring incredibly harsh treatments of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery, Ana found yoga as a form of therapy for her battered body, mind and spirit. Ana witnesses every day the profound therapeutic and strengthening effects a consistent yoga practice offers. Now, she strives to give others the gift of a healthy, aligned system.
Ana completed her 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Mira Costa College in San Diego. She also holds a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (CPD Accredited). Her third Certification in Wildcrafting and Herbalism was earned as she lived fully off grid on Hawai’i’s Big Island.
She spent years cultivating and harvesting herbs, fruit, vegetables, and learning about permaculture and herbalism in California, New Mexico and Hawai’i. All the while, Ana deepened her knowledge in meditation, studied and taught yoga and explored the nature of her own consciousness.
Currently, Ana offers beach yoga classes and private yoga instruction on the Central Coast of California. You will see our incredible community of beginning practitioners to advanced yogis following her compassionate and passionate lead. Ringing in the mornings & sunsets with classes focused on mindful breathing, classic Vinyasa and Hatha flows; all in a loving, supportive environment.
